Have some sewing materials laying around and want to help?

With a trash bag and work gloves walk in your own neighborhood, you can find trash along the road or the fence line.  (respect other’s property.) You could also go to a local conservation area or park (staying away from others) with a family member and pick up trash. 

Older adults in these centers are asked to remain in their apartments or rooms.  They often have few resources and can feel afraid and alone. There are two places where you can help.
